Material is presented in live classes, with small groups. Videos, reading resources, exercises and discussion forum are available via our online portal. Sharing your experiences and journaling is also encouraged.
As a member of the Ihsaas™ Network, you will have access to regular online gatherings and retreats in the tropics to support your process.
Prerequisites include some basic experience of healing work. An openness to change, vulnerability and letting go is essential.
